Fall Colours Content 2021

Capturing the beauty of the fall colours and sharing the stories of the region.

Working with MODERNSPEAK we decided to try something different for our fall shoot. We brought together three photographers to capture the fall colours as they explore the region. We had a loose shot list in mind but the rest of the itinerary was left quite flexible to allow us the time to focus on what caught their attention.

The photographers on this trip were Victor Aerden, Brayden Tozer and Cody Baker.

Camping along the North Saskatchewan River

Photos and videos from the adventure were shared on multiple accounts, including Global Affairs Canada, Peta Pixel and many more. They were also shared by Destination Canada and Travel Alberta where the posts were amongst their most popular of 2021, garnering over 26k likes per post.

They have also shared content on their own channels shortly after the trip, leading to some impressive results.

We love the natural feel this created and how it tells the story of their adventure. A photo essay from the trip will be posted soon on explorenordegg.ca.

This was made possible thanks to the support of Travel Alberta’s Coop Funding program and our partners volunteering their time.

The Finished Product

You can access the full gallery from this project on photos.explorenordegg.ca. The photos are available for our partners, including the travel trade and media, to use when promoting the region.
