Coliseum Mountain Guided Hike

This challenging hike takes the adventurous guest to the top of Coliseum Mountain, providing 360 degree views towards the Rockies and Foothills and down over Nordegg. This summit is more accessible than others because of the great switchbacks that make the elevation gain manageable.

This is a more challenging hike with some short steep sections along the way.  The hike is approximately 13 km long with an elevation gain of 700 metres.

This hike appeals most to curious adventurers who have prior experience hiking easier trails and are looking to elevate that experience to the next level. They are looking for an opportunity to connect with the area, challenge themselves and enjoy the rewards.
