Music in the Yard: Rebecca Raabis

Alt-Rock, Pop and synth lover.
Rebecca has been writing for over 10 years and has made some major milestones, such as having songs on Netflix, opening for Marianas Trench, and having a song appear on Toronto’s TV series “Rookie Blue”.

For the past 7 years she has been in bands touring and releasing music (The Pits Planet Earth being the current group) but has finally honed in the sound for her solo project. Up next are plans are to release a plethora of self-produced synth-based alternative pop music for the world.
In the hardest times of her life, Rebecca has used music to lift herself out of any dark place. Her dream is to be able to do that for others and move people with her substantial lyrics, catchy melodies and driving bass lines.

Listen to her music on Spotify and find out more by following her on Instagram.

The Music in the Yard series at the Nordegg Canteen is made possible by the Nordegg Lodge providing lodging for all of our visiting artists.
