Frontier Lodge is an adventure centre that believes in growing together through outdoor adventure experiences.
Frontier Lodge is a Christian wilderness adventure located just west of Nordegg. The camp was founded in 1959 and was first owned and operated by Youth for Christ. In the late 70’s it became independent as “Frontier Camping Society” and is a registered Canadian Charity. It is a member of Christian Camping International (CCI) and an accredited member of the Alberta Camping Association (ACA).
Frontier Lodge operates year round and offers a wide variety of outdoor programs ranging from rock climbing, mountain biking and whitewater rafting in summer to and ice climbing in winter. Frontier Lodge hosts the annual Fat Tire festival, a weekend of mountain biking competition and fun events.
